Virtual Consultation

Don’t need a full room design? Just have some questions regarding your home? This is the perfect chance to chat with Morgan. I will answer any questions you may have in a 45-minute consultation. I can do a video call or phone call with you. Prior to your consultation, you can provide me with a short video of you walking through your space if you would like. Make sure to have your list of questions ready to go! Virtual Consultations are $150 for 45 minutes.

In-Home Consultation

The In-Home Consult package is great if you live within 25 to 30 miles from Raleigh, NC. I service Cary, Apex, Raleigh, Fuquay Varina, Clayton, Wendell, Wake Forest, and the greater Triangle region. I will come visit your home and do a full walkthrough for you. You will receive advice on your entire house. Then get custom recommendations for your home to know what package would be best to move forward. In-home consultations are $275 and do not include any sourcing or room designs.

This is the most custom package we offer, if you are building or renovating this is the perfect package for you. I will help you pick out all the finishes, and lay out the rooms for you to plan ahead. I can work off a floor plan. Main floor, upstairs, bedrooms, hallways, entries! If you would need a basement or would have additional spaces outside of this, shoot me an email and we can do a custom quote. Let me know if I can answer any questions. This comprehensive E-design package covers all the spaces you need for your home, including a design and moodboards for the main floor, upstairs, bedrooms, hallways with a maximum of 15 rooms per 1 package, this includes your outdoor spaces such as porches and patios. Perfect for building, renovating, or planning your entire home.

The one room design package includes a 2D vision board (price does not include 3D renderings as that is a separate fee if needed for your room), 3 revisions, and direct links to purchase all the items in your design. This package works if you have existing furniture or need all new furniture.
2 Room Package

The two-room design package includes a 2D vision board of your spaces, 3 (price does not include 3D renderings as that is a separate fee if needed for your room) revisions and direct links to purchase all the items in your design.
3 Room Package

The three-room design package includes a 2D vision board of your spaces, 5 revisions (price does not include 3D renderings as that is a separate fee if needed for your room), and direct links to purchase all the items in your design.
Dorm Room Package

The Dorm Room design package includes a 2D vision board of your spaces (price does not include 3D renderings as that is a separate fee if needed for your room) 3 revisions, and direct links to purchase all the items in your design.

REAL ESTATE & COMMERCIAL PACKAGES

The small commercial space includes everything from being the project manager to working with general contractors and making sure your space is up to code and operational. I also assist with the design, vision boards for the space, color palette, and bringing your business’s vision to life!

For this E-Design package, if you need 1 item only, such as a rug or curtains for your room, or the perfect throw pillows, or a stylish lamp for the right lighting, I’ll find it for you. The 1 Item package includes 5 edits available after your design board is sent to you.

1 Item Design Package

If you don’t need a full room design but need help finding the perfect piece of art, or a light fixture let me help. This package is a mood board layout with 3 edits available after your design board is sent to you. This does not include 3D renderings.
